Card Text: Libby Hill Park occupies one of the seven hills upon which Richmond is built. It contains the imposing monument dedicated to the Soldiers and Sailors, who died in the Civil War, which was unveiled May 30, 1894. A beautiful view of the historic James River, may be obtained from the summit of the park. Postmarked: 1916 |
