The clapboarding is in an interesting pattern. Original Note (From Book): St. James Street - This small street derives its character from the Addolph Dill house. Dill's house, orginally erected in the middle of Foushee Street, makes through traffic impossible. St. James is a narrow residential street enclosed by the large mass of the Dill house.
